Our Story
At Not the Same Ol' Food Truck, we’re flipping the script on typical street eats. Everything we fry hits the beef tallow — because golden, crispy perfection doesn’t come from canola. It comes from doing it the old-school way, with big flavor and no apologies.
We whip up most of our sauces right on the truck, from ranch to BBQ — whatever your flavor, it’s house-made and loaded with personality (just like us).
And the beef? We keep it local. Because sourcing from nearby farms means better bites and a stronger community — and we’re all about both.
This isn’t your average food truck with a variety of options to satisfy every flavor palette! Come hungry, leave messy, and bring your cravings — we’ll handle the rest.

We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours. We are located outside of Rocky Mountain Outdoor Center and we also manage Brown's Canyon Brewing Company so you can enjoy a cold brew with your hot meal!
